1. על שוקי
שוקי הוא בוט WhatsApp מבוסס AI שעוזר למצוא, למסור ולמכור חפצי יד־שנייה. הוא יכול להכין מודעות, להציע התאמות ולהעביר הודעות בין אנשים. שוקי יכול לטעות, אינו אדם ואינו צד בעסקה.
2. שימוש בשירות
השימוש בשוקי הוא מרצון. אם אינכם מסכימים לעקרונות האלה, אל תשתמשו בשירות. שימוש של קטינים כפוף לדין החל ולכללים שייקבעו לפני השקה מלאה.
השירות מיועד כרגע להיות חינמי. שוקי אינו גובה עמלה ואינו מעבד תשלומים. אפשר לשנות, להגביל, להשעות או להפסיק תכונות לצורך תחזוקה, בטיחות, מוצר או דין.
3. האחריות שלכם
- להציע רק חפץ שיש לכם זכות חוקית להציע.
- למסור תיאור אמיתי ולא מטעה.
- לבדוק זהות, בעלות, מצב, מקוריות, בטיחות והתאמה.
- להחליט בעצמכם על מחיר, תשלום, מקום איסוף והאם להמשיך.
- לפעול לפי הדין, כללי WhatsApp וכללי הקבוצות.
- להגן על מידע אישי ופיננסי.
4. תוכן, טיוטות ופרסום
התוכן שאתם שולחים נשאר שלכם. אתם מאפשרים לשוקי לעבד, להתאים, לתרגם, לשמור זמנית ולהעביר אותו רק במידה הדרושה להפעלת השירות ולביצוע בקשה שאישרתם.
לפני פרסום בקבוצה, שוקי אמור להציג את הנוסח והיעד. אישור תקף רק לתוכן וליעד שהוצגו; שינוי, תיקון, יעד אחר או פרסום מחדש דורשים אישור חדש. באחריותכם לבדוק טיוטה לפני אישורה.
5. תוכן מקבוצות
שוקי עשוי לעבד פוסטים חדשים בקבוצות רלוונטיות שהוא מורשה לקרוא ולהציע התאמות באופן פרטי. חברי קבוצה ומנהלים יכולים להעתיק, להעביר ולשמור תוכן מחוץ לשליטת שוקי. שוקי אינו מנהל קבוצה ואינו יכול לאכוף את כלליה.
6. תיאום ופרטים אישיים
שוקי יכול להעביר, לסכם, לנסח מחדש או לתרגם הודעות. הוא מנהל משא ומתן רק בהוראה ברורה. מספרי טלפון פרטיים כברירת מחדל; אפשר לאשר שיתוף מסוים. אחרי שמידע נמסר לאדם אחר, השימוש שלו בו אינו בשליטת שוקי.
אל תשלחו סיסמאות, פרטי תשלום, מסמכי זהות או מידע רגיש שאינו נחוץ למסירת חפץ יד־שנייה.
7. שימוש אסור
אסור להשתמש בשוקי למסחר לא חוקי, מסוכן, גנוב, מטעה או פוגעני; להתחזות; להטריד; לחשוף מידע ללא רשות; לשלוח ספאם; לעקוף הרשאות, כללי קבוצה או מנגנוני בטיחות; או להפריע לשירות. שימוש שיוצר סיכון מהותי עשוי להיחסם.
8. פרטיות
הפעלת שוקי עשויה לכלול עיבוד של הודעות, מדיה, פרטי ניתוב, חיפושים, מודעות, התאמות והקשר תיאום. מידע רלוונטי עשוי להיות מעובד גם בידי שירות ה־AI המוגדר. עותקים יכולים להישאר זמנית ב־WhatsApp, בגיבויים, במערכות ספקים או במכשירים של נמענים.
לפני הפיכת התנאים למחייבים נדרשת מדיניות פרטיות מלאה המזהה את המפעיל, הספקים, תקופות השמירה, זכויות המשתמשים וערוץ הפניות. בישראל, גם מידע שנאסף ממקורות פומביים עשוי להיות כפוף לדיני הגנת הפרטיות.
9. אין אימות או אחריות לעסקה
שוקי אינו מאמת אנשים, בעלות, מצב, זמינות, מקוריות, תשלום או בטיחות איסוף. הוא אינו מחזיק כסף, מספק נאמנות, מחזיר כספים, מבטח עסקה או פותר מחלוקות.
במידה המרבית שהדין מאפשר, השירות ניתן כפי שהוא ולפי זמינותו, ללא הבטחה לדיוק, רציפות או התאמה לעסקה מסוימת. שום דבר כאן אינו גורע מזכות שלא ניתן לשלול לפי דין.
10. שינויים והפסקת שימוש
אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשוקי בכל עת ולבקש לסגור הקשר פעיל או לשכוח מידע נתמך. ניתן לעדכן את התנאים; שינוי מהותי צריך להיות מוצג באופן סביר לפני כניסתו לתוקף.
השימוש ב־WhatsApp כפוף גם לתנאים ולמדיניות של WhatsApp.

1. About Shuki
Shuki is an AI-powered WhatsApp bot that helps people find, give away and sell second-hand items. He can prepare listings, suggest matches and carry messages. Shuki can make mistakes, is not a person and is not a party to any transaction.
2. Using the service
Use is voluntary. If you do not agree with these principles, do not use the service. Use by minors is subject to applicable law and rules that must be completed before full launch.
The service is currently intended to be free. Shuki does not charge commission or process payments. Features may be changed, limited, paused or discontinued for maintenance, safety, product or legal reasons.
3. Your responsibilities
- Offer only items you have the legal right to offer.
- Provide honest, non-misleading information.
- Check identity, ownership, condition, authenticity, safety and suitability.
- Decide the price, payment method, pickup location and whether to proceed.
- Follow applicable law, WhatsApp rules and group rules.
- Protect personal and financial information.
4. Content, drafts and publication
Your content remains yours. You allow Shuki to process, adapt, translate, temporarily store and transmit it only as needed to run the service and carry out an authorized request.
Before group publication, Shuki should show the copy and destination. Approval applies only to the version and destination shown; changes, corrections, another destination or a repost need fresh approval. You are responsible for checking a draft before approval.
5. Group content
Shuki may process new posts in relevant groups he is allowed to read and suggest matches privately. Group members and administrators can copy, forward and store content outside Shuki’s control. Shuki is not a group administrator and cannot enforce group rules.
6. Coordination and personal details
Shuki can relay, summarize, rewrite or translate messages. He negotiates only when clearly instructed. Phone numbers are private by default; a person can authorize a specific disclosure. Once information is shared with someone else, their later use is outside Shuki’s control.
Do not send passwords, payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive information that is not needed for a second-hand exchange.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Shuki for illegal, dangerous, stolen, deceptive or harmful trade; impersonation; harassment; unauthorized disclosure; spam; bypassing permissions, group rules or safety controls; or interference with the service. Use that creates material risk may be blocked.
8. Privacy
Operating Shuki may involve processing messages, media, routing information, searches, listings, matches and coordination context. Relevant information may also be processed by the configured AI service. Copies may remain temporarily in WhatsApp, backups, provider systems or recipients’ devices.
A complete privacy notice identifying the operator, providers, retention, user rights and contact channel is required before these terms become binding.
9. No verification or transaction warranty
Shuki does not verify people, ownership, condition, availability, authenticity, payment or pickup safety. He does not hold money, provide escrow, issue refunds, insure transactions or resolve disputes.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of accuracy, continuity or suitability for a particular transaction. Nothing here limits a right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Changes and stopping use
You may stop using Shuki at any time and ask him to close active context or forget supported information. These terms may be updated; material changes should be communicated reasonably before taking effect.
Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s terms and policies.
